What You’ll Do:<\/span>

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable shopping experiences<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive sales performance through product launches, events, and personalized recommendations<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Become an expert on our luxury retail brands and products<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Build relationships with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with asset protection guidelines<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture onboard<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Who We’re Looking For:<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • 1+ year experience in retail or hospitality (luxury experience a plus)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proven sales track record and business development skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Passion for guest experience and the hospitality/retail industry<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to retain product knowledge<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Positive attitude, open -minded, and eager to learn<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficient with Microsoft applications and POS systems<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      <\/div>
      • Able to travel and live/work onboard a cruise ship for 6 -month contracts<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Willing to work 7 days a week, up to 77 hours weekly<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Valid passport (seaman’s book a plus)<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ready to participate in safety and emergency drills<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
