Your Job:

• Assist with recruitment and selection to attract top talent for the hotel.  
• Implement training and development programs to support employee growth.  
• Manage HR administrative tasks and maintain organized employee records.  
• Promote initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent administration, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
• Available to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available to travel when needed.
• Some recruitment experience.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential.
