Winter Wonderland Train Driver

Westport Estate are seeking a Jolly Train Driver for Winter Wonderland 2026

Reporting to: Head of Adventure

Job Description

To conduct the driving of our road train at Westport Estate's 6 week Winter Wonderland Festivities.

Duties and responsibilities 

• Deliver a fantastic and Jolly customer experience while ensuring customers are brought safely to their destination. .
• Working in a flexible manner, as part of a team and the ability to work weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Contribute positively to the Winter Wonderland team in your presentation and friendly approachable demeanour.
• Liaise with Winter Wonderland staff to ensure the security and provision of equipment necessary to run the day’s activities.
• Ensure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to management team.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Skills: 

• Full Clean Category D Licence
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge and application of sector specific Risk assessments, Safety Procedures and Operational guidelines.  
• First Aid Qualification
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Maintain and expect high standards of honesty, integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
